The status filter in the requests tab doesn't show the correct results. For instance, when the open status are selected it shows the open tickets and closed/canceled tickets as well.
Even though, they are correctly displayed as closed in the closed status.

Do the closed and cancelled tickets have a value in their Resolution field?
