Dear Admin,
I have problem with my Jira Servicedesk. I have a bad kpi for resolution time because of the jira Bugs. Please see pic below. for example ISD-346. it shows time to resolution is -4mo and still counting. the picture is paused because today is Sunday.
When klik detail for ISD-346, this ticket is Resolution Status is Unresolved.
But when i trace from activity log, this Ticket is already Resolved and Closed at the same minute.
Please Help how to solved my problem to save my KPI.

You may need to check with the admin to ensure the post-function sets the resolution.
Is everyone having this issue?
Try to reopen and then resolve and be sure to set the Resolution value. Do you have other such issues? Can you inspect the entire history of this one issue for any clues?
