Dear community,
I've enable a simple rule to transition rule from waiting to in progress when JSM incident is updated by a requestor. Actor is set as myself (other users resulted in an error).
Please see rule below attached. I had to disable the rule as not only it changes the status to In Progress, but it also assigns the incident to the actor (myself), while I would expect for the actor to remain current assignee.
Could you please suggest how to adjust the rule to only transition the status, not the owner?

Welcome to the community. It is great that you figure it out. The rule actor is setup in the "Rule Details" section. You will also need to ensure that the rule actor has the necessary permission to conduct the issue transition too.
