Hi Wondering how people handle new feature suggestions in the Jira SM portal from their customer and what ticket type they use etc. We are looking at Product discovery for the ideas and roadmaps but currently looking at ways to best gather customer suggestions in SM via portal. (looks to essentially replace AHA)

We use "Suggest a new feature" request type for customers in portal which is linked to "Service Request" Issue type in backend Jira.
I think I have figured out what to do looks like there is an issue type suggest a new feature that we can put in the portal then link it either manually or through automation to the idea ticket type in product discovery - interested in any thoughts or ideas
