'Synchronizing account' value selection missing during csv import

There is no available selection and for Synchronizing User and I am not sure where to set it.  All the available roles (i.e. Object Schema Managers, Object Schema Users, etc.) on the Schema as set to my user.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

So this was silly.  Though the dropdown initially didn't show any values, once I started typing into it, I was able to select a user.  Case closed!
