Hello everyone!
In our setup, we have JIRA Service Desk linked with DevOps through a connector called TFS4JIRA Azure DevOps integration but we are looking for alternatives. Do you know any other options with similar features and a similar cost?
Thank you very much!
Hi David,
Here is a link to the Atlassian Marketplace with other options. We have used Exalate and find that to be a good tool. It is probably the most downloaded one. But you will need to check costs for each one.

"Thank you very much, I have reviewed the cost, of the Exalate and they are extremely high compared to TFS, and besides, you have to pay a license for both JIRA and DevOps, meaning double the cost."

If you're in the Microsoft ecosystem and have access to Power Automate, their are connectors between Jira + Azure DevOps. You will, however, need a premium Power Automate license to use the connector. Here's a link to the docs Azure DevOps - Connectors | Microsoft Learn.

@David Martínez López hi there. Check out ZigiOps. It's 100% no-code and customizable solution. No idea about your use case, but since the connector is customizable, I believe it would answer your needs.

I'm the Product Marketing Manager for TFS4JIRA and would be happy to put you in touch with either our support team or principal product manager if you have questions or are having any issues with the app. We'd love to help you!
Best,
Jennifer at Appfire

This looks promising. Has anyone tried it?"
