Is there an equivalent "add, edit, or remove field tabs from an issue type" available in Jira service management data centre. I know this is an available feature in the Cloud version.
I am looking to create a ticket to present to the customer where they can raise 3 similar requests (so same request type) on one ticket.
Can you show an example (screenshot)?
I do think you are referring to the form options on Cloud or are you referring to something else?
To have this functionality on DC, you need to purchase the Atlassian app; proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira
an example would be if a single user wants to order multiple items, then he/she opens an order ticket type, adds an order to the Request 1 page, clicks on Request 2 tab and adds a second order here and so on.
I believe, like you suggest it'll probably end up being a paid for additional app, I don't know if proforma-forms would suit, but definitely on the right lines.
