The Microsoft Teams Administrator's permission window I am the TEAMS Admin! Why won't my login work? 

It just takes me through the MS authenticator steps. I bet it works with no issues if I was using Slack...lol 🤣🙄

Thanks for bringing this question to community. 

As per the error screenshot attached, you should be clicking on Give permission if you are the teams admin. I hope you are following the steps mentioned here -

Can you tell me what error do you see when you are taken through the prompts after you click on "give permission"? If its something similar to below, ensure that you aren't trying to use Personal Teams account here which could trigger such a message. 

"Could not fetch Microsoft tenant display name!"

Jira Service Management supports only Work and School accounts. These accounts have an 'org' which can host multiple users. You can see more about these account types here:
