The forms dont apears in mobile version

I can't see the forms attached to the ticket in the mobile version

Our guess would be that you created the form via a 3rd party add-on (or a recent Atlassian acquisition) that is not supported by the Atlassian Mobile app. Interestingly enough, Atlassian doesn’t support their own things for a really long time in their app (it just doesn’t seem to be a priority).

Our Mobility for Jira Portal app (Jira add-on, iOS app, Android app) supports a variety of different forms for example Dynamic Forms or Jira Forms (previously ProForma). We are working on others as well. You can give it a try. Contact us at support@mobilitystream.com if it doesn’t work. We should be able to add support relatively easily.
