I have a project "Shared Services Management for IT Teams"
I have 2 companies for which I provide IT assistance services.
Each agent fills out a report, which indicates how much time was spent on solving the problem.
At the end, I want to get a report, which will indicate for which organization how much time was spent on solving their problems in a total month.
I am the third day I can not create such a report.
Tell me how can I do this?
Hello @Oleksandr Kolesnikov
I'm Polina from NaraSyst, a marketplace partner.
If I understand correctly, you're looking for a report that includes all the work logged per organization within a specific period. Our app can help you create such a report using the 'work logged time (h)' metric and filtering issues by 'work logged' for the chosen period. This configuration ensures that you don't miss any issues that have work logged, even if they weren't created within the designated timeframe.
Here's a sample chart for this report:
To explore "Performance Objectives: Charts for Jira" try the 30-day trial period. Also, the app is free for up to 10 users. For assistance with configuring this report or any other, our support team is available to help.
Feel free to reach out to us at any time!
I understand correctly that in order to build such a graph as you have in the screenshot, I have to install an additional application? sorry for the stupid questions, I'm just starting to learn the jira product and I think it should solve my problems :)

Do not worry, you're in the right place to ask anything!
Honestly, in my opinion, creating such a report using only native Jira features might not be straightforward or even possible. However, with Performance Objectives: Charts for Jira app you can easily generate the chart shown above. The app is free for up to 10 users and can be installed from the marketplace.
Best,
Polina

Polina, if you were near, I would kiss you. Thank you, your advice and your application helped me. Thanks a lot, I got it :)
PS: a nuance with displaying time on the chart in minutes (on the chart one hour = 100% = 60 minutes, because of this, figures are obtained in the form of 4.85 hours, for example, but they can also be correctly converted to minutes).

Hi @Oleksandr Kolesnikov I'm glad I could help you!
If you prefer to view your chart in minutes instead of hours, you can use Conditional metric instead of Basic. Select 'Work logged time (h)' metric and apply conditional expression "P*60", as shown below:
May I suggest something else regarding your chart? For the display settings, you can clear the group by and simply display by Organizations. Alternatively, you can choose 'Work Logged' by Month for the display by and Organizations for the group by.
You can even stack by 'Work log author' if you need more detailed analysis of the work logged by individual team agents per organization.
Feel free to reach out to me or contact the support team, if you need any more assistance!

Hello, @Oleksandr Kolesnikov !
II would like to recommend an add-on developed by my team, called Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud as an alternative solution. It is designed to assist with budget planning, with a particular emphasis on generating cost and time reports.
The ability to filter issues that you may wanna include in Cost Report will help you to divide issues you want to add on report from other.
Utilizing filters like this you can receive the exact issues you need in your report:
(( "worklogDate" >= startOfMonth(-1) )) and (( "worklogDate" <= endOfMonth(-1) )) and project = Development.
Go to the Cost Tracker app in the Reports tab, and click the button Generate report. Enter the name of the report, select the newly created filter, set range date and the Planned budget(this parameter is optional).
With Cost Tracker you can effortlessly generate expense and time reports based on specific timeframes or the scope of work, such as issues, epics, or versions.
The add-on follows a straightforward principle for calculating both company and project costs, which can be summarized as: People logs * People rates + Direct expenses.
Additionally, we support Tempo Worklogs or any other add-on worklogs, so you can continue using your preferred time-tracking tool seamlessly.
I hope you will find this add-on helpful for you. Let me know if you need further assistance!
