Tree structure in Insight not shown

Hi all,

we're using as part of a project Insight, which is now part of JSM. After an upgade, we're facing the issue that the tree structure in Insight ist not shown. More specifically, what is only shown are parent object types, but not their child object types. This includes both the object types and the respective objects of the childs.

For some strange reason, we're experiencing inconsistencies as far as the browser are concerned. On one day, this behavior did happen for me on Mozilla firefox whereas on the edge browser everything worked fine. The other day it was vice versa.

I would like to know if you're experiencing something similar and if yes what is the reason behind it and how can one fix it?

Here is some info on the system (data center-based system):

• JSM 4.22.6 Commercial (Data center)
• Jira Software 8.22.6
• Jira Core 8.22.6 
• Insight Plugin Version 9.1.11

We've ran into this before and a full Insight re-index seems to fix the issue. :-(
