Trying to edit an old customer service desk form but can't find out how to do that

I go to 

Project settings -> Forms

but the screen is blank only with an option to create a new form.

The ARE existing forms being used by the company but they were made a few years ago. Looking to edit them.

Where do I access these existing forms?

Hey @Mick C ,

are they actually Forms or Request Types? If these were created a few years ago I'd look at the "Request Types" underneath your Project Settings to see if those are your forms .

Hi @Mick C 

First thing that comes to my mind is : Do you have more than one projects ? Maybe those forms are in another project, not the one you're looking at ?
