Two questions:

1- Can I upgrade from 8.16 to 8.20?

The "plan your upgrade" only lists up to v8.19.1 (recommended)

2- How to install a wildcard certificate?

I have a registered comodo wildcard DV certificate. How do I install this new certificate so Jira will start using it?

1. It looks like 8.20 was released today so the entry in "Plan your Upgrade" has to catch up.

It should be. 8.16 is a relatively new release and 8.20 is the new LTS replacing the previous LTS (8.13).

Has the Upgrade Center published the new version yet?
