I am looking to add the standard "Label" field for agents to use in their Issue View. I am in the project settings of a specific project, however, the field called "Label" is not found.
I was able to do this to another project which has the same configuration, but not able to on this one. Note that the Label field is not already part of the Issue View.
This is to specifically categorize and report on various problems when processing a request. For example, in this case we want the Label field usable so that an agent may "tag" the issue with something like "backordered".
Note that this was resolved as the "label" field was actually in a different tab (order processing)
