Unable to add attachments

Hi Team,
We migrated to V8.16.1 and post that we are not able to add attachments into jira issues 
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on attachment icon
- choose a pdf/txt/png data
- click on open
A pop up appears with HTML text as shown below and there is no further button available. We have to close the application. In the end we are not able to add any attachments
