Unable to delete customers

As my ID is admin user but unable to delete customer from the list. Showing as the same is been removed.

Hi @BKT Helpdesk ,

If you are a Jira admin (not a project admin) you can go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ > Apps or Products (Atlassian is changing the name) > your site in the lef banner (see picture below)

After selecting your site you will see something like this:

There you can select Jira Service management > Portal only customers

You can search for the customer and delete it via the ... menu

Still I am unable to delete customers from my ID. Kindly help to sort it out. Waiting for answer from your side.
