Unable to see or change 'Due date' in my Edit screen

Hi,

I am assignee for a few jiras. but I am not able to see or change the 'Due Date' in the edit screen of my Jira. I am able to see it in the 'view' screen.

Help please.

Hi @Arvind Sudarsanamwelcome to the community!

There are a few reasons why the field may not be displayed in the edit screens, e.g. the field is not in the screen, there is a context hiding it from the issue type/project, etc.

I suggest starting troubleshooting by selecting "Configure Fields" on the edit screen.

• Double-check if you're not using a "Custom View" and if the due date doesn't appear in the list of fields
• Use"Where is my field?" to validate if the field needs to be added to the edit issue screen or if any other configuration needs to be changed.
