Unable to set issue layout on multiple projects

Hi Kay,

I have seen the ability to update multiple projects using the same screens for the issue type while in Software projects. But I don't remember ever seeing that for JSM projects. Are you sure it was JSM projects that you have been able to do in the past?

Almost every project I use is a JSM project, so not sure why suddenly I can't do this, when I know I've done it previously.  The problem is, because it's not something I do regularly, I can't recall when last I changed things around
