I can't set up Service Desk Automation. I get this error:
The selected user has been deleted.
You can make an exception to this default user in the set-up of individual rules.
The rules won't run as you intend unless the user you've chosen:
When I am typing existing site admins it shows no options to choose from.

Pls, check if the admin account has access to the project
or add it to the role of the Service Desk Team
and check if there is a license SD

Thanks for your advice. I have double checked if permissions are set-up correct and user is licensed - both conditions are true. Actually this was first thing I checked before rising service request.
