We would like to understand about Post Incident Reviews in JSM on when to use them and how to use them and how different it is from Problem module in JSM.
We would like to understand more details and differences between PIR and Problem. When we have a problem for RCA, why do we and when do we have to do PIR.
Please also share any supporting relevant documents.
