Uninstalling app in trail period greyed out

Hi We've been testing some apps to figure out what fits for us and now I want to uninstall the ones we don't use. But the uninstall button is greyed out? I've manually cancelled the subscription of the app, but it says I have to wait 30 days to end?

How to uninstall apps in the trail period now?

Welcome to the community.

If you canceled the subscription, 30-days later the app c an be uninstalled (Atlassian policy).

Otherwise reach out to Atlassian Support to get Atlassian to help (if possible) to remove them.
