Updating Approvers groups Based on a Multiselect Custom Field

Hi 

I am trying to update the Approvers groups based on a Multiselect custom field when the Issues is created.

I have a field name called "Product Name" and it is Multiselect type. It has 5 values, I am trying to setup a automation for approvers groups based on this field values when the ticket is created.

Product Name values are

A

B

C

D

F

At the time of creating ticket if user select Value "A" in product Name then approver group has to updated to that project Leads group and it will be same for the other values. Example is 

Value A --> A product groups

Value B --> B product groups

Value C --> C product groups

Value A B --> A B product groups

Value A B C --> A B C product groups

Value A B C D --> A B C D product groups

I have tried to implement this using if Else block automation using Issue Created trigger, it was working when product name has only 1 values, but I want make this happen if the product name has 2 or 3 more values.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
