Use canned response signature only on reply to customer?

Hi there,

 

Is it possible to restrict the automatic canned response signature only on the Reply to customer comment. 

I don't need or want to have this added on the 'Add internal note' comment.

Hi @Roland Keijenberg ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Create a new rule:

  • Trigger: When a comment is added (select "Public comment" or "Reply to customer").
  • Condition: Check if the comment is public (there is usually an option to differentiate public vs internal comments).
  • Action: Add the canned response signature

Ensure no action is triggered when an internal note is added.
