Users Aren't Receiving Email Notifications Suddenly

All the users aren't getting the email notification suddenly after 2nd November 2022.

Can anyone help us to solve this issue?

Hi @Sourav Kundu 

If you are Jira Admin, you can go to Gear icon - System - Notification Helper. Select the affected user, issue, and event. Jira should be able to provide you with reasons on why notifications are not sent.
