Users with permission to dashboard cannot see reports on dashboard

How do I fix these errors on reports? 
When I view the reports they look fine. But there are other team members (who have the same access to the dashboard as me) who see the following when trying to view the dashboard

Hi @Flora Russell , 

The problem is that even you have permissions to see the dashboard ... you have not permissions to see the filters that feeds the gadgets embebed in the dashboard or... you have no permissions to access to project data.

First, check for the filer/s permissions.

Thank you @Esteban Diaz! I did not realize the filter permissions were interfering with the dashboard. I appreciate your help.
