Using Hubspot integration to display customer RAG status in JSM

Our company has started using Hubspot. I am wondering if it is possible to use the Hubspot > Jira integration app alongside a Jira custom field the display to JSM agents a client's RAG status?

You can use our HubSpot CRM Integration for Jira to present data from HubSpot directly on Jira work item. In app' configuration, you can define what HubSpot properties you want to display depending on HubSpot object.

Yes, that should be possible, but there are a few things to consider.

• Mapping the field: You’ll need to make sure your Jira custom field is included in the integration mapping so that HubSpot can push the RAG status to Jira.
• Field type compatibility: Check that the field type in Jira (e.g., dropdown, single-select) matches how HubSpot is sending the data.\
• Visibility in JSM: Once it’s mapped, you can configure the field to display on the JSM ticket view so agents can see the client’s RAG status directly.

 You may want to consider an Atlassian Solutions Partner, OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) which can help you with this mapping and ensure that custom fields, including status indicators like RAG, sync consistently between HubSpot and Jira— without needing agents to manually update anything. All this without writing a single line of code :)
