Using manual actions to link issues

Hi, I am trying to set up a manually triggered action that would list a specific set of issues from a project and then link the selected issue with a specific link type.

For the lookup value I was trying to use the smart value {{lookupIssues.filter('project = 'Product mnagement').asIssuesList()}}

However it does not work, the dropdown that was supposed to show the list of issues just shows the fixed text {{lookupIssues.filter('project = 'Product mnagement').asIssuesList()}} as shown below. 

I was not able to figure out what am I doing wrong, it almost seems like smart values would not be supported in the manual actions.

I don't believe you can dynamically create the values for User Input fields in a manually triggered rule. You have to explicitly define the values from which the user can select when adding a selection list type of field.
