View form in the app

I am unable to view the attached forms via the app (Jira). 

Is there any configuration?

You can try out our Jira mobile apps. They currently support the following ProForm functionality:

• JSM Portal - create/edit/view Android, iOS
• Jira - view only (create/edit on roadmap) Android, iOS

To get started install the Mobility for Jira add-on from the Atlassian Marketplace.

Unfortunately I don't believe forms is supported in the Jira mobile app at the moment 

There is a suggestion for Atlassian to provide support that is currently still gathering interest, make sure to vote for the issue to let Atlassian know this feature is important.

from some of the comments it seems like it may be coming soon but it's not functional yet
