View only the project portal you have access to

Hi,

I have two projects in JIRA that have a portal for client access.

When I add clients to one of the two projects, if I log in as that client, I am seeing both portals that I have created, not just the portal that I have assigned the client to.

How do I configure projects or clients so that the client only sees the portal whose project they have access to?

Thank you.

Hi @Francesc Juventeny ,

To restrict customers from submitting a request to particular project you can follow the below step.

  1. Go to Project Settings (lower left corner of the project settings page). In Customer Permissions "Channel Access" select the option "Restricted - Only people directly invited to this project can submit requests."

You can refer to this documentation for more details.
