Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to view the time logged on support tasks and organise this by a certain organisation or reporter.
So for example, if I log 5 minutes on request A, by person X, and 10 minutes on request B by person Y and 15 minutes on request C by person X, I would want a report where I can see that I have spent a total of 20 minutes on requests by person X.
I've already tried a few external plugins but could not find anything that worked. I was curious as to why the time logged is an option to have, if there can't be a report that uses data from it.
this should be easily achievable by an addon that can categorize and group worklogs by different fields. You can find a lot of such plugins at the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=worklogs
Hello,
Thanks for your help, I found something that suited my needs: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216988/timesheet-tracking-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Thanks again,
Dylan

Hello @Dylan Turner
There are 2 add-ons that could be helpful in your case:
1. You can try the Clockwork add-on to log time manually.
2. Time in status for Jira Cloud can be helpful. This add-on helps to track time on how long an issue has been assigned to a particular assignee.
I hope you find this info helpful.
Best regards, Mariana.

When accessing an issue, scroll down to the bottom part (where you find the comments) and click the "Transitions" Tab
Example below:Or else
try this
project = ABC and status = Closed and updated < -12w and status changed to closed BEFORE -12w
If you are looking for plugin check this
You can use Enhancer Plugin for Jira for this requirement.
It has a custom field called Time in status that measures the time spent in a status. You can also see drill down information based on assignee and you can search issues against Time in status field in the issue navigator.

Hi @Fahad Siddiqui ,
Thanks for your answer but it's not quite what I'm looking for. In each issues there's a time tracking field:
I also assign each issue an organisation.
Based on the organisation, I want to show the total time logged on tasks, but I want it collated, so that it shows all the time spent on all tasks submitted by that user.
I don't see the transitions tab enabled either.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Dylan,
I was looking for an answer to a similar problem which you have asked here. May be you can help me better as you have been through this.
In my case. I have 1 Project for Service desk, and all my clients/customers are Organizations. Also, I only have 1 user as agent for Level 2 team. And 3 different users as agents for Level 1 team.
Now, My question is:
I want to see the total time logged per Organization in Last month, or last quarter.
I also want to see the total time logged per user(agent) per Organization in last mont or last quarter.
I tried a couple of app from the marketplace but, they all bring the time entry on those tickets which are updated in a certain date range. Let's say, I set a date range of 1/10/2021 to 30/10/2021. Now the reports are showing me, the tickets which where created except of the given date filter, and that cause my totals to miss match.
Please let me know if you anything for me.
