I would also like to change our SLA response times to reflect 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Currently, we have the 24/7 Calendar (Default) selected.
The option to select the Sample 9-5 Calendar wouldn't work for us. When I click the Calendar icon at the top of the Service level agreements page, I see the Sample 9-5 Calendar.
Is there a way to create a custom calendar for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday?

You can create a new calendar then assign it to your current SLA goals
