We want to segregate false and true kafka alarm notification ticket on JIRA

Hi Team,

we have configured JIRA with AWS and AWS is managed by client end,
In our jira we receive AWS kafka alerts when it is made down or sometimes receive false alerts of it.

But we need to segregate the false alert and true alert from our JIRA.
Could you please provide the suggestions for It.

Aside from this, how do you distinguish false and true alerts? Depending on this, there may be Alert Policies you can implement for it. Please see What are alert policies?
