What happened to the obr files on Marketplace for Jira / Service Management?

I'm looking for obr files for Atlassian products, specifically Service Management - but this applies to Jira Software too. Similar questions were previously asked here and the answer received was on the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213632/jira-service-management/version-history

Well today the link doesn't work, and I can't find a listing for service management on the marketplace anymore. So where do the obr files live today?

I was able to retrieve the download URL by using the update button (it gave an error), and then by checking for the error in the atlassian-jira.log.  For version Jira Service Management 5.12.8 it is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1213632/version/1050120008

Thanks, I was able to get what I needed (5.15.2) by manipulating the version to 1050150002 but its crazy that we're forced to resort to this for now.
