We have a dashboard with many gadgets, including SLA success rate. User is able to view all other gadgets, except the SLA success rate. User is in administrators role for the service desk project.
After I gave this user a service desk agent role, the gadget became visible. Is there another way to make the SLA success rate visible to specific user? Or it's service desk agent only who can view this type of gadgets?
I agree with Dave, you'll need to give users an agent license for that. Native jira dashboards are quite limited in that regard...
In case you're up to trying an app, our addon Dashboard Hub for Jira could solve your pain, allowing you to share dashboards with each user directly on the Customer Portal. Also, you can share your dashboards to external users with unique and secure links. Either way, you would effectively and easily reports on SLAs. You might also be interested to know that all JSM gadgets are multi-project.
You can see an example of a shared dashboard or learn more about these features here.
Other features include +70 gadgets, pre-defined templates, custom charts, different chart types, and more.
Hope it helps :)
