Whatsapp Integration live Chat and Chat bot

Are there plug in can integration with Whatsapp also have chatbot to grab information first from client to determine issues creating in Jira then agent in jira can communicate with client under Jira chat thats already integrated with Whatsapp?

if you have a success story can tell me, thanks for advance

There is no default integration between Jira and WhatsApp.
You may check Atlassian Marketplace to explore plugins possibilities, such as the one below:
