When i try to connect an external E-Mail from Exchange i get an Error

The Error i get when i try to connect the Email to Jira:

 

"SOCKS: TTL expired"

The Email is an Exchange 2013 Email.

Create issues and comments from email

 

Is your connection with Microsoft OAuth or Google OAuth?
