Hi @Antonia
2 more?
Only with an enterprise subscription you can have multiple Jira sites
Otherwise the instances are under another Cloud instance, see the 9 dots and there should be another instance.
I thought sites were the organizations. I thought the organizations would be listed there. We want to configure SSO for a specific organization.
Do you know which organization/site the customers are in when they make a request via the Help Center? We want our customers/colleagues to be able to log in with SSO.

Hi @Antonia
See the doc on customers with SSO, https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-for-portal-only-customers/

I was on this page, then I followed the instructions there and under Sites it doesn't say the site I need.
it says "Under Sites, select the site you want to configure the SAML SSO for.".
If so, the site below (in the picture) would be what I'm looking for, but when I click on it, everything is empty.

HI @Antonia
Which site do you need, the sites option show the sites in this Atlassian Cloud instance only.
So ii this is a JSM portal with a different base url, then the site you entered Atlassian Administrator from, this site will not be shown here.
Please explain in more detail what you want to do?

sorry I don't know much about it myself, so it's difficult to explain.
We would like to activate SSO for the Help Center for our customers (internal colleagues). When I look at the admin settings and go to the identity providers, it says “xyz-site” (xyz = our company name). I then wanted to add a provider there. Then my boss said that we first have to see where our customers come in, i.e. to which site. Because apparently there are more than just these two. He also said that he had already activated SSO for other organizations, which is true because I also always log in with SSO.
He said that he had configured SSO for organizations. The organizations also include several organizations. So now I'm actually asking myself what the difference is between sites and organizations and where my customers come in. This can only be the second site in the picture, because the first one is my sandbox, right?
So customers don't come into an organization, but into sites?

Hi @Antonia
Do you mean there are more than 1 Atlassian Cloud site in your company?
This is called an instance and instance, based on tier Free, Standard or Premium, can have a site for Jira and a Sandbox for Jira (not in Free tier), and Confluence etc..
Only an Enterprise subscription, you can have multiple Jira sites in a single instance.

Hi @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_ ,
thank you for your help. I think there should be 2 more sites of Apps/Prodcuts. So under the word "sites" should be 2 more.
