Where can i see company jira user acees agreement on billing depending on number of users.

We've accessed limit for users that have user access to Jira and asked to pay for it. 

Please advice where can i see original agreement on the user limit and pricing?

Hello @Vera Valshonok 

Were you on a free instance before? If you added more than 3 Jira Service Management agents (in other words, if you gave that role to more than 3 people) or added more than 10 total users, you automatically get bumped to a trial period of a paid plan. You can go back to free if you reduce the number of JSM agents or total number of users.
