Where do the values come from for priorities in the drop down when creating a routing rule

Hi, 

I am attempting to create routing rules in JSM, when I use priority for my alerts there ware values P1 through P5.   My organization users values P0 through P4 for priority.

How can I replace the default priority values with my company's priority values ?

P1 - P5 are something that was defined in Opsgenie and carried over to Operations. Currently it is not possible to change these default values, and I did a quick search in JAC but couldn't find a suggestion to be able to do that. You could contact support and see if they can find one or ask them to create one for you.
