Why Comment is not visible after Bulk update operation?
I did a Bulk operation and add a Comment but when Bulk update is done, Comment added during bulk operation is not visible in issue?

We are facing the same problem/question on our Jira Service Management 5.12.13 Data Center.
We added comments on a bulk change to inform our customers but nothing appears on the issue/request !
Atlassian do you have any explaination ?

I was able to replicate it on our server instance and wonder if it is the version we are on. We are doing an update in the next week or so and I will check again. Were you able to find out why this was occuring?
