Before giving any more detail about the problem, I want all to know that our customers are using language that is now officially supported by Jira. So our main system is English but the fields that are shown to the customers are Turkish. I don't know if that is related but it might have a connection.
We are setting up Jira Service Desk omnichannel. Lastly we have embeded the Service Desk Widget. Although we made sure out project had the recommended settings, the widget does not show other request types.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Hi Faruk, at the moment, the widget supports selecting a default request type and searching request types. For browsing, we have an open feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-5974.
