Why are my hidden fields not hidden in agent view?

This was related to custom fields visible during import.

Can you show an example of what you are seeing?  When I configure it as you have, my fields are hidden.

I think maybe it has to do with what was hidden when I did the csv import? For instance I did my import then move the due date field to the hidden fields refreshed and took a look at an issue and it still appears.
