It all depends on the resolution field which you can't set in manually in NextGen projects. :-)
So, basically, it can't be done? We've tried creating rules so the resolution-field automatically is set when you change a status to "done" och "closed", but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The "resolutiondate" variable doesn't seem to work.
