Why jira showing single user for two times .

is this an expected behavior, please see the attached picture. please suggest a solution to remove duplicate accounts.

What do your users look like inside the user directory?  Could you show us one of the entries in your screenshots and the lines above and below them?

What are you using for a user directory?  Crowd, internal, an external directory of some sort (LDAP, AD, etc).  How is that configured, and is there more than one?
