My client project uses JSM for managing incidents / changes etc. And as part of streamlining the process, we would like to implement KANBAN board for workflow control & further a governance in place. I would like to know how the feasibility check can be done to implement KANBAN board in JSM.
As in if there will be any cost associated to it OR if its native as JSM is also an Atlassian product.
@SAP FICO Support Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
In your service project, you can add a Board from your Queue:
I don't have this option, could this be new?
I have looked in multiple instances and team or company managed project, but I don't see this option. Does it rely on a feature to be enabled?

Within the JSM project you can enable the feature View, you will need to be a project admin to enable this.
This board view is also only accessible if you have a Jira Service Management license, this is only from the internal view, not on the portal.

Hi @SAP FICO Support , welcome to the Community!
To provide some context to what @Marc - Devoteam said, you can go to Project settings > Features > Views and enable that feature:
Then click the Select views button and enable Board. That's what JSM offers out of the box.

As per ticket [JSDCLOUD-8389] Ability to create Kanban Board for Service Management - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. it is rolled out but I don't see it in my Team JSM portal , not sure if it is due to my default log in or any permission issues.
