agent view of all open tickets across all projects in 1

Hi, 

 

Is there a way an agent can get a view of all open tickets in all projects in one view and is updated in live time?

Hi @Kendrick Ladipo ,

We provide a commercial app called Dashboard Hub for Jira. It provides dashboard templates, more than 70 gadgets, 10 product integrations... 

The default refresh rate can be changed for high priority gadgets. These high priority gadgets are refreshed every minute, for cases like customers having SLAs within minutes. And you can share your dashboards with users in the Customer Portal of Jira Service Management or external stakeholders :) Have a look to this example ITSM dashboard.

Hi @Kendrick Ladipo and welcome to the Community,

No, not in real time, unfortunately. The closest you can get to this is by using a Filter Results gadget on a dashboard, with a refresh rate of 15 minutes.

To set this up:

  • create a filter that fetches all open issues across the projects you need and save it;
  • create a dashboard from Dashboards > create dashboard
  • add a Filter results gadget to the dashboard and configure it to:
    • get its data from the filter you created earlier
    • displays the columns you like to be there
    • set the auto refresh option to refresh every 15 minutes
