Hello community, looking for some alternatives for the automatic time registration I found the following: Clockwork Free, Automated Log Work and Time Between which fulfill the main function, however they do not allow me to filter so that it only applies for a type of Issue if Not that it applies to the entire project. Do you know any add-on that allows you to apply only by issuetype or by people? I also configure an automation that allows me to obtain the time in a field. Is there a way to send it automatically to register Tempo?
I add an image
first of all, Thanks.
This Plugin has it

To send the data to Tempo, there are no available direct options.
Use Automation to send the Web Request with Populating data with Smart Values using API

Thanks,

Thank you very much for your answer, do not occupy said plugin or the api as such occupy the jira api to take the value of 2 fields to record the time invested in the state I do this with the api I take it automatically and record the time in the assigned user sheet

Have you tried app Time between statuses?
Also, Time in status for Jira Cloud allows measure time in each status and for a group of statuses for each issue. Also using the Pivot table feature you can get time in each field or time in status for each issue type.
If you need help, let me know because those apps are created by my team.
Additionally, our team uses pain Clockwork which helps to filter issues by different issue fields.

Hi @Victor Tobon ,
Unfortunately, what you are looking for is not possible with the built-in functionalities of JQL. Because JQL can not make calculations and you need status time calculation.
For this exact need we developed Status Time Jira app. It provides reports on how much time passed in each status. By grouping statuses you can get resolution time(E.g from new status to done status). You can also export the report as CSV and open it in excel.
Once you enter your working calendar into the app, it takes your working schedule into account too. That is, "In Progress" time of an issue opened on Friday at 5 PM and closed on Monday at 9 AM, will be a few hours rather than 3 days. It has various other reports like assignee time, status entry dates, average/sum reports by any field(eg. average in progress time by project, average cycle time by issue creation month). And all these are available as gadgets on the dashboard too. Here is the online demo link, you can see it in action and try without installing the app.
If you are looking for a free solution, you can try the limited version Status Time Free. Hope it helps.

As an alternative you can also try out our plugin,
The add-on provides the time in each status for the entire lifecycle of the issue and you can filter by issue type as well. You can also combine your statuses to define your Resolution time and also extract the transitions history of the issues. The main features of the app are as below
