can i change my site name

I want to change my site name from RL****.atlassian.com to F***.atlassian.com

Is it possible or must I re create a new account

a custom Atlassian Cloud URL is in early access by contacting support.

If you have a lot of apps in use, it might be worth checking if those are already compatible.
