cannot change license key

Hi!

I have a problem to change license key to our on premise Jira Software and Jira Service Management. The orcess that normally take a second or so now get stuck with a toggling gif-bar in the GUI.

What can I do to get it right? I.e. What log should I check into and what to change? Reboot the entire system?

Go to the Update and Security Center
On the left side of the window click on Activation
In the window that opens, find and click the Change product key link
