change the color of Service desk

a couple of weeks ago I set up a test Jira Service Desk environment to test it's possiblities. I was able to brand the site by changing the default blue to our University's color, and by adding a logo to it.

Currently I don't see these options anymore. Has this changed or am I missing something?

not possible to change JSD without changing Jira projects as well. It'd be nice if these were separated so I can customize my favicon and other Service Desk items only.

Hi @Rogier van Besouw

You should be able to change the change the colour of JIRA Service Desk.

You can use any of the color options to change the color of a gadget's frame on the Jira dashboard.

  • Choose the Jira icon  - Jira settingsSystem
  • Under USER INTERFACE, select Look and feel.
  • Under the Sidebar color section, select the option you want to change, change the color, and then click Update.

Thanks,

Kiran.

Hey Kiran, thanks. It must be an apple or chrome issue. On my colleagues llaptop on windows I was able to make the changes to the customer's user interface. Thanks!

found the problem. My colleague had made me an admin on project level but not on site level.... that fixed it.
